Here at The Preserve at Hamilton Mill we are not just homeowners that make up a subdivision; we are a group of diverse neighbors that come together for the betterment of our community. We have an active Homeowners Association Board of Directors that have assembled to govern the direction of our community and keep it in pristine condition that preserves the beauty and property values of our homes.
We are a member of Community Oriented Police Services, C.O.P.S., and was awarded the Master Community of the Year for 2019 by the Gwinnett Police Department. We earned this status by holding meetings each year and participating in programs through the Gwinnett Police Department. Through education and resident participation, we can help to protect our neighborhood and property.
Our HOA Board encourages neighbors to join in our social and charitable events. Several times throughout the year our community gets together for social events just to reconnect with our friends and neighbors, whether it's an Ice Cream Social, Harvest Food Drive, or collecting toys for our local police department's Holiday Toy Drive, it's always about neighbors, charity and good fun!
It's not just a bunch of houses in a subdivision, it’s about community!
Our clubhouse is where most of our community events are hosted. The clubhouse features a kitchen, large formal sitting room with TV, a smaller sitting area, and an exercise room complete with treadmills, rowing machine, and other fitness equipment. The clubhouse can be reserved by contacting our Clubhouse Coordinator.
